The GF and I both need to get our licenses renewed in mid-June. Hoping to make a single trip. She used a phone app called DLT Smart Queue to make an appointment for herself. One of her mates said this should get her in and out in an hour. I tried to use the same app to make an appointment for myself. You can either login by Thai ID or Passport number. The passport number button is greyed out and can not be used. I take it that the app is only for Thai nationals and maybe also Pink Card holders at this time. Anybody know better?

A asked the same question on a local expat board. In italics below is a reply
I tried the same thing recently and couldn't get it to work with a passport number either. A bit of searching around revealed that it's a known issue, and I found no indication to if or when it will work for us non-Thais again (it apparently did work previously). I went to the local DLT just to find out how to register and/or get an appointment, not expecting to get anything done. Half an hour later I walked out with a new 5-year license. Occasionally Thai officialdom actually surprises you in a good way.
Not a clue. But if it is greyed out I think that should be telling.
